法學專業不是僅限於學術象牙塔或脫離日常生活的知識,在自我期許能兼顧理論研究與實務操作之下,採用的教學方法偏重於問題導向的課程設計和活動誘發學習方式。透過個案和時事新聞的解析,使艱深的專業用語和概念能貼近同學們的生活,讓同學們瞭解無論是關乎全球經濟活動的國際貿易法與國際經濟法,或是關於國內經濟活動規範的海商法和經濟法,均與自身所處的環境息息相關。此外,藉由問題導向的教學方式,使同學們能勇於課堂發問並培養理性分析和表達,使其能學習到公民參與中溝通的重要性。教學,不是老師單方面的輸出,而是與同學共同建構知識探索的雙向互動。

Laws are not confined to academia or detached from daily life. Committed to balancing theoretical exploration with practical application, my teaching emphasizes problem-oriented and activity-driven approaches. By analyzing case studies and news, complex legal terminology and concepts become more relatable to students. Making legal knowledge accessible helps students understand that subjects like international economic law not only stabilize global economics but also drive national economic and regulatory reforms. Moreover, problem-oriented discussions encourage students to express their ideas and opinions, developing their analytical and communication skills and fostering civic engagement. Teaching is a two-way interaction between the teacher and students in the journey of knowledge exploration.
